Jaya Jusco Air Keroh Area is 6-7 km from tol. After the tol drive straight on and is about 100 meters before the second trafic light on the right hand side. Drive safely Arno

Exit Air Keroh or Melaka Toll Air keroh 1e Petronas on the left has no NGV Drive only straight on About 4 km on the right site you see Petronas with NGV You can cross the road before the station or you drive to the second trafic light ( 100 meters further) and make a U turn.
You can't miss it. It's open from 6:30 AM until 12 PM
When you are lucky you have to que up with two cars, but mostley you are the only one and have time enough to talk with the guardian.
They have 4 pumps and the pressure is high

from air keroh exit, then we drive to ayer keroh is it? I never exit to ayer keroh so i'cant imagine whether there is a junction after the toll or after the toll we just drive straight and just follow ur instruction? If there is no junction, after we pay the toll, we go straight then we pass by the 1st petronas (which have no NGV) then we go straight until we find the 2nd petronas on my right. Correct me if my imagination is wrong....

Update petronas melaka. The NGV filling is now 24 hours a day open. After a repair from the compressor is the pressure only in the morning high. In the afternoon is the pressure low.

The filling station has again change their business time. Now open from 6:30 AM - 23:45 PM
They have gone back to the old business time because in the night only 10 cars make use of it.

Topped uo during CNY, no issues. Closing time varies though. Stated 23:45, but teh attendant says sometimes they go home at 23:30 already. So don't leave it till the last minute.

I was in Alor Gajah today and spoke to the Simpang Ampat (near Alor Gajah Toll) and he mentioned that the Sungai Petai NGV station is now under construction and it is near Alor Gajah town (at the industrial area). Have ask one of my friend to check out and will keep you guys updated once I got the news.

This station's pressure is damn good. Filled once around 10PM and 2PM, in both occasion can fill up to 240bar (almost near 250bar). No queue and their foreign staff friendly unlike the one in Puchong where the foreign staff is like don't welcome/helpful to private car and especially lady driver.

The issue of station refuelling has nothing to do with the compressors and what model/type they are. The difference between models is: They work OR They don't work.
The problem is what SIZE compressor Petronas decides to buy. When you talk about a conventional station (= piped station), the rule is to count 150m3/h flow capacity per hose. This is a given rule. So if you have a station with two dispensers and 4 hoses, you need 4 x 150m3/h compression capcity. That means the compressor needs to be a 600m3/h compressor.
Now the difference in price of buying a 200m3/h compressor and a 600m3/h is not huge, but it is there. So if a company from wherever comes along and says "I guarantee that my compressor is very special because I can fill up 4 cars with a 200m/3 compressor simultaneously within 1 1/2 minutes" THEY ARE LYING.
Unfortunately, the tendering process allows for these substandard compressors to be placed in Malaysia.
A station like Ayer Keroh operates well because it only has 1 or 2 hoses filling at any one time. So a small compressor will do the job. It is the larger stations with big volumes which are the issue since they use the same sized compressors for tripple the amount of hoses.
This same calculation plays a part when it comes to bus/truck refuelling but with one more added variable. The filling capacity for a bus/trailer dispenser is 300m/h. Of course you cannot pump it throug the 1/4" hose that is used on car dispensers. You need a 3/4" hose. This is the next mistake that is being done all over Asia. You fill a bus with a garden hose, it takes half an hour. You fill it with a fire hose, you fill it in 8 minutes.
The general knowledge in this region on station design is very poor. This has often been the downfall of other countries which tried to implement NGV. They sized their stations to small, causing long queues and thus eroding public confidence.
I hope this explains to you guys the reason behind slow/fast NGV stations.
