Last weekend went to Singapore.
When my car's gas indicator still have one green bar
I went to a gas station to refill CNG that cost me S$9.8 (RM22.6).

In Malaysia a full tank of gas for my (55L)car only RM8.5.

Maybe it is cheaper even running Malaysia's petrol compare to Singapore's CNG? (i am not sure, need to do a bit calculation)

Based on your info,it seems like CNG in Singapore cost approximately 3x more compared to Malaysia NGV.(if you are comparing ringgit to ringgit).
Currently in Malaysia,NGV costs RM0.68 per litre and Petrol costs (RON95) RM1.85 per litre . Therefore Malaysia RON95 petrol costs about 2.7x more then NGV. For RON97 the petrol cost is about 3x more then NGV.

If that is the case, using Malaysia RON95 petrol is slightly cheaper compared to using CNG from Singapore. Whereas using Malaysia RON97 petrol is almost the same cost compared to using CNG from Singapore.

Well, we can always pump at JB first....Singapore is not big. Our gas should last from JB to Sing and back to JB again. Unless you plan to travel and stay in Sing for few days.

when in Sing, if you go many places (me normallty travel many places)
by afternoon gas already near finish.
Well i rather pump gas in Sing than use Malaysia petrol because some problem with my car's ngv system
If i use gas only all the time than my car does not have problem.
But If i swith to petrol than later when after refill gas and switch back to gas, the problem happen---the engine always stop when at traffic light (when i do not press the power pedal).
This 'engine stop' problem will not happen if i use gas only all the time never switch back to petrol.
